By accessing or using PostViral ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PostViral provides an AI-powered content creation and management platform. Features include script generation, carousel design, performance analytics, scheduling, and social media integrations.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
Credit overage (usage beyond your plan's included credits) is billed at $0.013 per credit at the end of each billing period.
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including generated scripts, carousels, and analyses. PostViral does not claim ownership of your content.
You grant PostViral a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., sending text to AI models for generation).

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostViral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
